20 September 2011 – The Ambassador of the Republic of Kenya in his capacity as the Dean of the Diplomatic Corps wishes to forward herewith, the following Appended Message of condolence and solidarity from the members of the International Community to the Government and people of Burundi following the killings in Gatumba
